Sublimelegance started life after I made my sons wedding cake in 2008. The seed was sewn and my passion for making cakes just grew and grew.
All cakes are made with the finest freshest ingredients and lovingly created right here in the Highland of Scotland.
The same love and dedication goes into every cake today as it did for the very first one.
Just as important as choosing your design, is deciding what flavour and filling for your cake. From the simple but delicious vanilla sponge with buttercream, to the decadent yummy full chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache filling with or without alcohol.
The classic wedding fruit cake is baked six weeks in advance of the big day and fed weekly with luxury brandy to give it a moist intense flavour, then covered in a generous layer of marzipan and topped with a soft sugar paste icing.
All ingredients for cakes and fillings are made with fresh local produce.
